On our SMP, I decided to open a potion shop. This is what I created, and you can watch the tutorial linked if you'd like to build this in survival. Let me know what you repurposed the build for, I would be interested to know! I wanted something sort of spooky for Halloween, but modern enough it would fit in with the rest of my builds. I think it fits right into the neighborhood! Have a good spooky month guys.
Personally, I plan to use the basement area for crops, the ground floor for the shop, and then plan to rent the above space as a temporary base to newcomers to the server. It is not fully furnished, but I brushed some rooms up so it's not entirely bare bones. This includes the storefront, enchantment area, bedroom, office, etc.
