Rainbow Enchants HD pack will change the animation for armor and enchanting weapons. Usually, it only has animations and nothing new is added. So, with this resource pack will make it more shimmer (some beauty to your armor, weapons, and elytra wings are added in this pack)

How to use Rainbow Enchants HD?
First, you need to enchant an item. Here you can see an example about enchant a pair of elytra wings. You only can use an anvil to enchanted the Elytra Wings
- Place the Elytra Wings and an enchanted book (e.g. Unbreaking III) in the each slot
- Take the enchanted wings out of the third slot.
It’s much nicer than the default one, right?
