In the recent trailer of Halo 5: Guardians, Agent Jameson Locke is introduced as a Spartan IV.
His visor reflects an Elite in the video and it is said that he has met up with Arbiter to learn about Master Chief.
He will be playable in Halo 5 and has been pinpointed as a pivotal character in the storyline.
This skin was a suggestion from Sonicfan1011, who gave me the idea to make Locke. :D
