The creator or current user of Robecca III still remains unknown, some people say it might very well be a piece of self-controlled software, or virus, judging by the cruel way she's ruling the kingdom.
It turned out more steampunkish than expected, eh. I still like how it turned out, but I might be a bit rusty from not having made a skin in a few months.
Miiiiight make a new skin for the contest if I get a better idea.
