NOVAGROCK OUTILINE FIXED
This texture applies an outline effect to enchanted tools; the outlines come in various colors that you can select from the subpacks.

For anyone using this texture pack, it is highly recommended to download some animation textures on top of this pack, as some animations are extremely buggy, such as the animation itself.
This texture creates an outline identical to the Action and Stuff texture, but without needing it, allowing you to play with the outlines without having Actions and Stuff. The idea isn't to copy, it's just to give developers freedom and make many people's day happier ☺️
