Eggblock

Start with a single chicken on an empty baseplate. Each chicken is randomly assigned an item from Minecraft and lays that item every minute. Feed it seeds to make it lay its assigned item instantly, then use the resources you collect to build whatever you want.

Inspired by BlockerLocker on YouTube, who originally created EggBlock for Minecraft Java Edition.
