Brighter lighting, soft clouds and moving water and leaves come together in Newb x daylight, a RenderDragon shader inspired by Java-style shaders. It is not a plain texture pack, and it only works on Patched Minecraft, so a loader is required.
The pack offers 12 in-game options, mixing reinvented ores with soft, box or rounded clouds, plus a chunk loading animation. It adds eight fog profiles for biomes and dimensions, biome color overrides, and retextures blocks, particles, the sky and paintings at 16x. Leaves and water both get animated waves. Players on the standard game will not see these effects, so make sure the patched build is in place first.
