Realistic water with gentle waves, soft shadows and a reworked sky are the focus of Lunar Shader, a shader for players who switch on Vibrant Visuals in their video settings. It adds custom atmosphere, fog, water, shadow and lighting.
Color comes from ACES tone mapping with one color-grading profile, and fog and color are tuned for 84 biomes. The sky is retextured too. As with any pack of this type for Minecraft Bedrock, it is built for Vibrant Visuals mode, so nothing shows until that setting is enabled.
