Mining gets quicker with Simple X-Ray, a lightweight texture pack that makes ores visible through the surrounding blocks. It retextures blocks at 16x and draws distinct outlines around ancient debris, coal, copper, diamond, emerald, gold, iron, lapis lazuli, quartz and redstone.
Instead of digging at random, players can head straight for the resources they want, which makes a mining trip shorter and safer. Resources from the sulfur biome are covered too. Lava sources stay easy to spot, and water sources and gravel remain visible. The pack also includes custom block models and keeps the display clear and uncluttered.
