Thick fog, a deep lapis-blue sea and a cold, eerie tone make Herobrine from the Fog Shader a survival-minded shader for players who enable Vibrant Visuals. It deliberately moves away from conventional beauty toward an intense, dark atmosphere.
The fog is heavy enough to limit visibility and make day and night hard to tell apart, while water keeps animated caustics and waves and shadows stay soft. It uses HABLE tone mapping with one color-grading profile, four fog profiles and per-biome tuning for 81 biomes, and it retextures the sky. In Minecraft Bedrock it only works with Vibrant Visuals switched on in the video settings.
