Player hitboxes are drawn clearly with Player Hitbox, a texture pack that retextures entities at 64x resolution and adds some custom UI tweaks. Standing, sneaking, crawling, flying with an elytra and sleeping each get a visible outline, which helps with aiming in combat.

The pack has 2 in-game options, Visible through walls on and Visible through walls off. The feature was created for anarchy servers and is not recommended on normal servers, where it may count as cheating and lead to penalties. Players should check the server rules before turning it on, and the setting must be enabled in the in-game settings to get its full effect.
