Total Utility PE combines a dark GUI, a rainbow enchantment glint and several survival helpers in one texture pack at 16x resolution.

Ores get borders, crops show when they are mature, and hoppers and observers have directional markers. Water is clearer, wool is smooth, glass is borderless, and the pumpkin and vignette overlays are removed. Villagers get a new look and all their trades are made available. For Vibrant Visuals mode there are PBR materials, with metalness, emissive, roughness and normal maps, and the effects show only when that mode is on. Per-biome color and fog tuning covers 87 biomes, with 68 fog profiles in total.
