Fewer particles and calmer animations are how Potato Shader aims for a steadier frame rate on weaker devices. Distance fog is less intrusive, and rain, water splashes, smoke, flames, portals and enchanting effects are all softened.
Animated textures such as water, lava, fire, kelp and portals move more slowly. Three in-game options set the level: Balanced with default fog, Ultra Potato with aggressive fog, and Vanilla Fog, which only cleans up particles. The shader also has 4 fog profiles and atmosphere settings that adapt to each biome.
Requirements:
- MCPE/Bedrock 26.30

Features:
- 3 in-game options: Balanced (Default Fog), Ultra Potato (Aggressive Fog), Vanilla Fog (Clean Particles Only)
- 4 fog profiles covering biomes and dimensions
- Also includes biome color overrides
