Introducing You to No Fog, it is the best texture pack for removing fog and increasing render distance without creating much lag. Note that this texture pack varies on your render distance. By default render distance is fixed in areas like water, lava etcetera, it doesn't matter that your render distance is 5 or 96

Please note that fog can not be completely removed like in Java Edition (OptiFine) due to the restrictions of minecraft bedrock. But it'll make every loaded chunk visible (fog hides some loaded chunks)
