There are currently 48 different heart textures to pick from in this pack (with more planned!).
To change go to where you enabled the pack, and press the pack settings button. (This may look different depending on where/when you do this)
Then you can slide the slider left and right to find what type of heart you would like to use!
Each heart has a varient for hardcore and regular survival. If you would like to use the hardcore heart in surival, or the survial heart in hardcore, then use the version labeled "[X] Hardcore and Survival Flipped"
