SIMPLIFIED SHIELD
Tired of the oversized vanilla shield? Simplified Shield is a resource pack that redesigns the default shield model into a cleaner, shorter, and more compact version — while keeping the original Minecraft style.
It feels lighter, looks better in first-person view, and fits more naturally with your character without blocking too much of the screen.

This resource pack works perfectly alongside other texture packs. Just make sure Simplified Shield is placed at the top of your resource pack list so the model override loads correctly.
