A QOL and performance pack that adjusts mip-map levels for Performance & Quality.

Lower Mip levels (0 - 2) improve performance on some GPUs
Higher Mip levels (3 - 4) improve quality on distant blocks

Essential for Vibrant Visuals & RTX to make far blocks look sharper & remove Z-Fighting on some packs.

Always place it above other packs to work.
