This resource pack recreates the Moonlight Cape with custom Elytra textures designed to shine beautifully when Vibrant Visuals is enabled. Due to current Bedrock limitations, the cape itself cannot fully glow, but the Elytra supports emissive effects for a bright moonlight appearance.
