One cannot forget the following statement while playing certain video games, "I wish I could use the same clothing pieces as x/y NPC, they look great..." It's true, there are those cases in which the uniqueness of NPCs' appearances transmits so much of the essence of the world in which they inhabit, that we as players desire to experience the game with said uniqueness, being one that cannot be provided by the clothing pieces/customization options the developers offer for the player character...
Now this is the case with this Skin Pack, offering a great variety of skins based on Non-Playable Characters' sprites from Fallout 1 and 2, whether you use them in multiplayer roleplay or in a single player experience paired with Texture Packs or Addons inspired by Fallout, ¡It's but another step to bring Fallout closer to Minecraft!
