Write to support@mcmodshub.com and a person will answer. Tell us what device you are on and what you were doing — that is usually enough to sort it out.
Tap Export and pick .mcpack (or a plain PNG). iOS opens its standard share sheet; choose the app you want to hand the file to, or save it to Files and open it from there. Addonaut writes the file and hands it over — it does not install anything into another app, and it cannot do that step for you.
The share sheet lists only apps that can accept the file type. If the app you want is not in the list, save the file to Files first and open it from there. On some devices the list needs a scroll to the right to reach "Save to Files".
That skin belongs to the player who wears it. Addonaut shows it so you can look at it and try your wardrobe on top, and deliberately does not let you export, share or edit it. Skins you draw yourself have no such limit.
On your device, inside the app's own storage, and they are included in your device backup. They are never uploaded to us. If you delete the app, its files go with it — export anything you care about first.
Write to us directly — the Copyright & Takedown page says what to include and how quickly we act.
The editor, the wardrobe, the templates, the on-device generator and export all work offline. Only the nickname look-up needs a connection.
There is no account and no sign-in, and everything that was free in version 1.0 stays free.
Version 1.0 has no advertising and no purchases at all.
From version 1.1 there are optional purchases, made through Apple. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions and no in-app currency. To move a purchase to another device signed in to the same Apple Account, use Restore purchases in the More tab; refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Version 1.1 can also show advertising; whether it does is set remotely, and the Privacy Policy describes exactly what happens when it is on. Purchases that remove advertising are offered wherever it is shown.
What leaves the device and what does not is listed in full on the Privacy Policy page.
Mail support@mcmodshub.com with: the device (for example iPhone 13), the iOS version, what you tapped, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything else.
