These terms are an agreement between you and Alona Lashkul (“we”, “us”), the publisher of Gloamer. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Gloamer is distributed through the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your licence to the app; these terms add to it and, where they conflict, Apple's terms take precedence for the licence itself. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Gloamer.
Gloamer is a catalogue of horror add-ons for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, published by other people, which you can browse in a full-screen feed, find through saved horror searches, and download. Your downloads and favourites are kept in the app. The app does not install anything into any other application: downloading a catalogue item hands the file to iOS's standard share sheet or to your own Minecraft, and what happens next is up to you and the app you choose there.
Do not use Gloamer to make or distribute content that is unlawful or that infringes someone's rights. Do not interfere with the app's online services, probe them, or use them at a volume that a person using the app could not produce.
The catalogue, the file downloads and the report inbox are online services we may change, suspend or withdraw at any time. We do not promise that any particular catalogue item stays available: authors can withdraw their work, and many files are hosted by third parties.
Gloamer is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data on your device. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are noted in the App Store release notes. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend the online services for a device that abuses them.
Gloamer is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang AB; it is mentioned on this page only to identify the game that reads the files the app downloads. CurseForge is a trademark of Overwolf Ltd.
